By using purrfect, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Service Scope

• Solo pet companion features are considered live core functionality.
• Couple and Family shared modes are currently beta features.
• Beta features may change, reset, or be limited while reliability is improved.

User Conduct

• Do not abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to app or room data.
• Do not automate or exploit shared progression systems in ways that break fair usage.

Accounts and Shared Rooms

You are responsible for account security and invite code handling. If you join shared rooms, you accept that room participants can view room-level progression and interaction state.

Intellectual Property

The purrfect brand, app visuals, pet assets, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute assets without permission.

Availability and Changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue features, including beta access, to maintain safety, quality, and legal compliance.

Disclaimer and Liability

purrfect is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the app.
